Founded in 2016 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Domaine Pierre-Olivier Garcia has rapidly emerged as one of Burgundy’s most exciting new-generation estates. Established by Pierre-Olivier Garcia, the domaine reflects a thoughtful balance between tradition and innovation, with a clear focus on expressing terroir through precision and purity.

A hallmark of the domaine is the “baie-par-baie” (berry-by-berry) vinification method, in which grapes are hand-sorted with exceptional care to preserve aromatic clarity and structural finesse. Gentle extraction and minimal intervention allow each parcel to fully express its identity.

The estate works primarily with Pinot Noir from carefully selected parcels in the Côte de Nuits, alongside distinctive expressions of Aligoté.
